This second volume in the highly successful series of Free Font Index books contains over 500 fonts by type foundries from around the world. In addition to comprehensive type specimens of all fonts, the book includes conversations about type design and free fonts with people like Donald Beekman, Jakob Fisher, Ray Larabie, Ellen Lupton, Martin Majoor and Svetoslav Simov. To top it off, we enlisted renowned type designer Max Kisman to contribute a tutorial on how to design and produce your own font.

The fonts on the CD are suitable for both Windows (2000 and later) and Mac (OS X and later) systems; however, many of the fonts can also be used on previous versions of either or both systems. All fonts are licensed for personal and commercial use.
